In 2011, Boeing opened an assembly plant by the Charleston International Airport. During the move into the city by the airport, Boeing made plans with the City of North Charleston to rezone Trailwood Trailer Park to allow access to Interstates 526 and 26, as well as more parking space for its employees. During the battle for Trailwood, numerous fans contacted all of the numbers included in the Angry Grandpa Vs. Trailwood Trailer Park video, including Truluck Properties. Grandpa returned from time to time, including January 15th, 2014 where he went to say goodbye to Trailwood for good, but only stayed on the outer perimeter to avoid any law enforcement.
